Abstract
The article proposed a three-level hierarchical approach to the analysis, evaluation and forecasting of the investment potential of the country. The use of a combination of neural networks and fuzzy logic is proposed as a mathematical tool.
In the course of the study, the main groups of indicators of the country's investment opportunities were derived. The cluster analysis of the countries of the world using the self-organizing maps was carried out. A model for assessing the country's investment potential based on fuzzy logic methods has been developed.
The experiments demonstrated the advantages and high efficiency of neuro-fuzzy models for making management decisions. This approach can be used in a wide range of economic and managerial tasks.
