Abstract
In this work a methodology will be developed, which it will substantially improve the quantification process of certain elements of Cost of Quality which companies cannot estimate through objective criteria. The methodological proposal for the quantification of these costs is based on the foundations of fuzzy logic. In particular an aggregation technique based on ordered weighted averaging is used establishing a new and original weighting factor: the level of Quality Management. This work presents an innovative development of the different tools that fuzzy logic provides for their use in the management and measurement of quality.
